Liz Seaman, LMT
Liz is co-owner of Cornerstone Chiropractic & Massage and is also one of the resident massage therapists and yoga instructors. Her specialty is rhythmic, trance inducing relaxation via deep tissue therapeutic massage. Liz graduated from New England Arts and Therapeutic Sciences with a Certification in massage therapy in 2004. She is Nationally certified and state of New Hampshire licensed. She is also a Kripalu Yoga certified instructor. Her training was completed in October 2005. She is the mother of six: Ryan, Matty, Cory, Katie, Makenzie and Gracen. Her passions include her family, massage, yoga, her clients and fitness.
